Sales (Inside & Outside)
Overview
Your role involves extending your sales skills and knowledge, striving to achieve the best quality results enabling you to progress within the company quickly and efficiently. You work load will consist of cold calls, door-to-door sales, assiting in development of sales proposals, attending client meeting to become familiar with the process. You will be expected to learn quickly and adapt your already flavored skills in projects, and you will be responsible for accquiring and maintaining your own sales clients/ accounts. This position is a paid position (commission only, no base salary).
Knowledge & Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years experience
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to meet timelines and work under pressure, self-motivated to work under own initiative
- Reliable transportation
- Able to maintain productive workflow of multiple projects at once
- Able to work in a team environment
- Make outbound prospecting calls to potential clients
- Qualify leads and set second appointment for demonstrations
- Print and internet marketing is a major plus
- Must be able to commit to 1 days in the office
- Emphasize features, quote prices, and prepare order
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to present and explain technical and business information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, & gains understanding
