Overview

Your role involves extending your design skills and knowledge, striving to achieve the best quality results enabling you to progress within the company quickly and efficiently. You work load will consist of you assisting your peers and superiors to having personal responsibility of your own projects. You will be expected to learn quickly and adapt your already flavored skills in projects. Day to day tasks include, but are not limited to creating ads, updating the main website & mini-websites, creating mockups for new websites. This position has the possiblity of becoming a paid full-time/ part-time position.

Knowledge & Qualifications

High School Diploma
No experience required... just the will to learn and push your skills.
Strong analytical/problem solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and adherence to established standards
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to meet timelines and work under pressure, self-motivated to work under own initiative
Maintain CMS content using custom Administration applications
Able to learn to code html, dhtml, ccs
Able to maintain productive workflow of multiple projects at once
Must have a solid work ethic
Proficient on PC computing platforms.
A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with the following applications: Adobe CS3 or CS4 Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver (or any HTML editor). Flash animation is a plus.
Keep track of hours worked on each project for accounting purpose
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to present and explain technical and business information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
